- Als u vragen heeft over onze producten, stuur ons dan een e-mail voordat u overgaat tot aanschaf.
- Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele douanerechten of invoerbelasting.
- Retour of ruilen van producten alleen na overleg
- Bestellingen worden binnen 1-5 werkdagen na ontvangst van de betaling verzonden.
- De levertijd is 1-3 werkdagen voor Nederland en België, maar kan oplopen tot 5 werkdagen
- Levertijd is 7 tot 14 dagen voor de meeste andere landen. Soms kan het oplopen tot 20 dagen.
- Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies of schade tijdens het transport.
- Onze artikelen zijn tweedehands en kunnen gebruikssporen bevatten.
- Sommige grote artikelen zijn te kwetsbaar om door een transportbedrijf te verzenden. Deze dient u zelf op te komen halen

Online, phone and mail orders
- Customers who purchase from us via online or telephone orders have the right to cancel an order even if the goods aren’t faulty within 14 days of the invoice date (whether payment has been made or not)
- We will issue a refund to customers if you’ve told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods to us once you’ve told us.
- It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of that time if the item is not faulty. If the item purchased is faulty, Zi-art & The Letterbox will reimburse any costs involved.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back in the condition they were purchased in.
- The refund issued will be the cost of the item only and does not include packing/delivery costs to send the item to you.
- The refund will be processed using your original payment method
- We do not offer a ’buy back’ service for items purchased from us
- Buyers will need to check with their local authorities to see if any customs and import taxes are applicable. Any additional customs and tax payments are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Zi-art & The Letterbox are not responsible for delays due to customs.
No refund if…
- An item is known to be faulty at the time of purchase
- If labels, maker’s marks or anything identifying or adding provenance to an item have been removed
- An item has been damaged by trying to repair it or getting someone else to do it (you may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
- You no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it without seeing it (ie. online) at which point you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price only (not shipping / packing costs).
We only accept returns from the person who bought the item(s)

- Bancontact – Betalingen via bancontact voor belgische klanten
- PayPal – U kunt bij ons betalen via Paypal, ook als u wilt betalen met MasterCard of Visa.
- MasterCard – We gebruiken PayPal als betalingsverwerker voor onze MasterCard betalingen; U heeft geen PayPal-account nodig om af te rekenen met MasterCard.
- Visa – We gebruiken PayPal als betalingsverwerker voor onze Visa betalingen; U heeft geen PayPal-account nodig om af te rekenen met Visa.
Mocht je nog vragen hebben over onze betaalmethode(s), neem dan gerust contact met ons op.
Wij willen u vragen om uw klachten aan ons kenbaar te maken door een e-mail te sturen naar sales@ziart.shop. Zodat we samen tot een oplossing kunnen komen. Leidt dit echter niet tot een oplossing, dan is het voor EU-consumenten mogelijk om een klacht in te dienen via het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie. Dit ODR-platform is te vinden op http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Wanneer uw klacht niet elders is ingediend, staat het u vrij om uw klacht te deponeren via het EU-platform. Wij raden u aan om uw klacht eerst bij ons in te dienen of contact op te nemen met sales@ziart.shop
